Why should I train?

Why should I train how will it help my running?

Simple answer is it just does! for many reasons;

You can only improve so much with long slow plodding runs, they do have their place, but as a stand alone training regimen you will plateau and not progress,

You need to train at different paces and intensity to develop.

With regular training in different speeds you can make your heart stronger, elevate your pulse, increase your lung capacity and make your legs stronger.

These type of sessions improve your ability to recover, build overall strength and improve speed and endurance.

These sessions also incorporate some variety and put a fun element into your weekly training, helping to keep you focused and motivated. With the added benefit’s to your mental health from working together with others in a sociable friendly supportive environment.
