I am sure everybody is aware that this virus has not gone away and that any preventative restrictions put in place are for the benefit of all so please play your part and help us help everybody.
1) We would ask anyone feeling unwell or if they have a high temperature not to travel and take part in the event, the safety of all on the day is our prime concern.
2) Please wear face coverings when entering the buildings and observe social distancing.
3) There will be a QR code to scan for those who use the NHS track and trace app available at the venue.
4) There will be a one way system of entry and exit into and out of the premises please observe directional arrows.
5) There will be hand sanitiser provided on entry to buildings and additional sanitiser stations dotted around please use them.
6) Sadly there will be no cakes or bag drop this year. It is planned that they shall return next year.
7) The race will be chip timed this year so for those who are consciously trying to avoid crowds you will have the option of starting in smaller waves shortly after the main group has set off.
